Remodelling the Kids 4 Ever House

This is the KidsKids4Ever House 4 Ever House, adjacent to Totally Kids Rehabilitation Hospital.  Its purpose is to provide a place to stay for parents for a few nights to be close to their children who are receiving care and treatment at Totally Kids Rehabilitation Hospital.

This house was in need of rehab itself.  A wonderful group, known as The Hillside Handymen, are volunteering their Saturdays to do a complete interior and exterior remodel of this house. These skilled men, as part of a ministry in their church, choose to do community projects like this for those in need and accepted the Kids 4 Ever House as their current project.

Kids4Ever-CleanupKids 4 Ever appreciates all the help and donations that have been given for this project.  While the Hillside Handymen, are providing the labor, the materials are not within their capabilities.  We are grateful for all the donations received for electrical parts, construction materials, flooring, and furniture to help remodel this house.  Many staff members from Totally Kids are also helping in ways that they can from decorating to cleanup.

Kids4Ever-CeilingsKids 4 Ever, Inc. is a nonprofit organization with volunteer-only staff whose mission is ‘To Provide Support to Families of Kids With Disabilities.”  The support has surpassed the primary mission.  We have supported others in need by offering the home to fire victims and other families who found themselves temporarily homeless.  The house also had the honor to be utilized by a family when the Ronald McDonald House in Loma Linda had no vacancies.  We have been helpful in distributing donated Durable Medical Equipment and supplies to those in need.  Due to our nonprofit status, donations to Kids 4 Ever, Inc. are tax deductible and 100% goes to support the children and their families.
